About Anderson Property Management

Anderson Property Management Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ray Fretwell and Tommy Miller with 1 full time employee. Ann D. Taylor, the current Property Manager in Charge and Owner, was APM’s second employee and has been with the company since it’s first year. Over the last 28 years, we have grown from our initial 67 properties to over 700, located throughout the upstate of South Carolina. We currently manage properties for over 400 owners. Our company has a strong relationship with the Magistrate’s Office and the Sheriff’s Department. We are licensed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and members of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Our staff of 4 full time workers and 3 part time workers strives to work closely with our clients in providing the best service possible.
